I build structured training programs from the ground up, including needs analysis, learning objective development, content architecture, lesson design, and assessment creation. My most recent large-scale project was a 90-hour pre-licensing course with 275 learning objectives aligned to Bloom's Taxonomy across three cognitive levels.

I create quiz banks, exam questions, and certification frameworks aligned to learning objectives and Bloom's Taxonomy. I design assessments that test application and critical thinking, not just recall. I also review for test design issues like answer pattern bias and length cues that can compromise exam integrity.

I develop interactive courses in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with scenario-based learning, knowledge checks, branching, and media integration. I build SCORM-compliant packages ready for LMS upload

I work across multiple LMS platforms and have lost count of how many I've configured at this point. Course setup, SCORM import, tracking configuration, completion requirements, and certificates. A new LMS is just part of the job.

I specialize in training tied to legal requirements, licensing standards, and regulatory frameworks. I verify source material against actual statutes and administrative code rather than relying on summaries. On a recent project, my verification process caught fabricated regulatory citations before they reached a live course. This kind of issue is more common than most people realize, especially when content is being produced quickly.

I use AI strategically throughout my process, working across multiple AI platforms with a cross-model validation methodology that catches errors, drift, and fabricated content before anything reaches a client. AI makes me faster. My verification systems keep the work trustworthy.
